Solihull Moors have confirmed that winger Chris Lait has today joined Southern League Premier Central side Tamworth.

Lait becomes the latest Moors player to join the Lamb this summer, with Paul Green and Kristian Green already having made moves to the club.

The winger also joins up with former Moors players Joel Kettle, Tristian Dunkley, Akwasi Asante and Jas Singh who will also be plying their trades with Tamworth this coming season.

Lait started his career with Solihull Moors before leaving for Stratford Town. He eventually re-joined the Moors last summer from Stourbridge, however injuries plagued the 24-year-old’s season, with Lait being unable to make his debut until March, coming on as a substitute in the away defeat at Sutton United.

Lait ended up making seven appearances for the Moors, scoring one goal.
