Solihull Moors have announced that their pre-season friendly against Birmingham City Under-23s has been moved away from the club’s Automated Technology Group Stadium.

The match was due to be played on Wednesday evening, however, after a pitch inspection, the surface was deemed too hard to stage the fixture.

The friendly will now take place at Birmingham City’s training ground at Wast Hills with an altered kick-off time of 5pm and fans will no longer be permitted to attend.

Solihull Moors also have a home friendly scheduled for next Tuesday evening (24th of July), as they take on League One side Burton Albion. The club have stated that they anticipate that the pitch conditions will have improved by that date.
