Former Solihull Moors loanee Nathan Baxter has completed a move to National League rivals Woking on a season-long loan deal.

The Chelsea keeper impressed for the Moors on loan last season, making 17 appearances after joining the club in January, keeping a total of six clean sheets.

There was talk that Solihull Moors boss Liam McDonald was looking at re-signing the Baxter for the new season, but it has now emerged that he has been pipped to 18-year-old’s signature by Woking manager Anthony Limbrick.

Baxter did have a parting message for the Moors fans after it was announced he had signed for the Cardinals earlier today.

The keeper had this to say in short statement:

Thanks to everyone at Solihull Moors. I really enjoyed my time at the club. All the best to the staff, players and fans for next season.
