Solihull Moors Ladies are moving to a new training ground, at CTC Kingshurst Academy. Training alongside the men’s first team for the season, the move represents the ambition and professional setup the Moors are aspiring towards during their 5th season in the FA Women’s Premier League.

CTC Kingshurst Academy is the also the new home for the Solihull Moors Academy (boys); with over 100 boys attending a full time education and football programme at the site.

Solihull Moors Ladies Manager Sarah Westwood added:

‘I am delighted to move to these top class facilities at CTC. The move represents our ambition, as the 4G surface here is only two years old, is of FA Standard and is one of the best in the area. Training alongside the men’s first team is also massive for us; we have spent preseason with them at the ATG Stadium and the learning and development opportunities for our coaches, for example, is fantastic and very rare to get at this level of football.’

The ladies season begins on the 20th August and a further announcement will be published as soon as the fixtures are announced (hopefully next week).
